Manage your meeting

We will try our best to accommodate your chosen time slot, however, if there is a scheduling conflict we will correspond with you via email or telephone to find an alternate time that suits both you and our team.

We will send you a confirmation email after you have completed the form, and as well we will send a reminder the day before our scheduled meeting. If anything changes and you are unable to make the meeting as scheduled, please reply to our emails to let us know, and you may reschedule the meeting.
