Filing a Denuncia
As a client, non-client, or any other third party, you may submit a denuncia (report of irregularities, misconduct, or potential breaches) to Hugo Broker Agencia de Valores, S.L. through our internal Canal de Denuncias. Hugo Broker has a dedicated Complaints and Compliance function responsible for ensuring that all denuncias are handled with objectivity, impartiality, efficiency, and confidentiality, in accordance with our internal policy, as well as applicable regulatory obligations, including Ley 2/2023, de 20 de febrero, and relevant data protection legislation.

Before filing an official complaint, we strongly advise you to review our Policy on the Canal de Denuncias, which outlines the scope of matters that can be submitted, the applicable procedures, and the expected timelines for handling and resolution. This will help ensure that your submission falls within the appropriate remit and is directed through the correct channel, allowing us to process it efficiently, fairly, and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Denuncias may be submitted anonymously. Where identification is provided, Hugo Broker guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the informant, which will not be disclosed without consent, except where required by judicial or administrative authorities in accordance with applicable law. All personal data will be processed in compliance with data protection regulations.
Upon receipt, a record of the denuncia will be created, and an acknowledgement of receipt will be issued within seven calendar days, unless this would compromise confidentiality. The denuncia will be assessed and investigated by the designated responsible person, and a response will be provided within a period defined in our internal policy.
