Bijna dagelijks lezen we nieuws over recordhoogtes op de beurzen, uiteraard veroorzaakt door koersen van aandelen van individuele bedrijven. China blijft echter achter. Dat ligt aan vijf recente maatregelen van de Chinese overheid.<\/p>\n

1 Bescherming van data<\/strong><\/p>\n

China heeft besloten dat ze de gegevens van haar inwoners beter wil beschermen tegen grote bedrijven zoals Alibaba, de Amazon van China. Na deze aankondiging is de koers van Alibaba flink gedaald van 260 HKD in februari naar 170 HKD nu.<\/p>\n

2 Beperking extra scholing <\/strong><\/p>\n

Chinezen geloven in onderwijs, dat is bekend. Door de grote druk geven gezinnen gemiddeld \u20ac 20.000 per jaar uit aan extra schoolondersteuning. Dit zorgt voor een tweedeling en het was vaak een reden om geen tweede kind te nemen. Daarom heeft de Chinese regering besloten dit aan banden te leggen. Het gevolg was dat de aandelen van schoolondersteuners onderuitgingen. De aandelen TAL Education Group daalde van $ 89 in februari naar momenteel slechts $ 5!<\/p>\n

3 Betere arbeidsvoorwaarden maaltijdbezorgers <\/strong><\/p>\n

De sterk groeiende sector van maaltijdbezorgers heeft ervoor gezorgd dat in het straatbeeld van alle grote steden wereldwijd veel bezorgers te zien zijn. De arbeidsvoorwaarden laten vaak te wensen over, zo dacht ook de Chinese regering. Na de aankondiging dat deze verbeterd moesten worden, kregen de aandelen in deze sector ook klappen.<\/p>\n

4 Drie uur gamen <\/strong><\/p>\n

Onlangs maakte de Chinese overheid bekend dat kinderen onder de 18 jaar nog maar drie uur (!) per week online mogen gamen: vrijdag, zaterdag en zondag van 20.00 tot 21.00 uur. Doordat een gebruiker moet inloggen met gezichtsherkenning zit hier een check op. Waterdicht is dit natuurlijk niet\u2026 maar de aandelen van bedrijven als NetEase en Tencent zijn fiks geraakt.<\/p>\n

5 Taxibedrijven onder de loep<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ook taxibedrijven zouden onterecht gegevens verzamelen van gebruikers. De grootste Chinese taxiaanbieder, DiDi Global, dat dit jaar haar debuut maakte op de Amerikaanse beurs, werd hierdoor flink getroffen.<\/p>\n

Veel Chinese aandelen zijn hard geraakt door de maatregelen van de Chinese overheid. De vraag is of deze aandelen nu koopwaardig zijn, of zullen nieuwe maatregelen zorgen voor nog lagere koersen? Een goede vraag voor particuliere beleggers als u en ik. Maar ook grote zakelijke investeerders proberen hier een mening over te vormen.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
