Todas las quejas y reclamaciones son tramitadas por el Servicio de Atenci\u00f3n al Cliente (SAC), de conformidad con dicho Reglamento.<\/p><p>Si desea presentar una queja o reclamaci\u00f3n, puede hacerlo a trav\u00e9s de los siguientes canales:<\/p><p><strong>Dirija su escrito a:<\/strong><\/p><p>Hugo Broker Agencia de Valores S.L.<br \/>Servicio de Atenci\u00f3n al Cliente (SAC)<br \/>Urb. La Carolina, Local N \u2013 Edif. Aries<br \/>29602 Marbella (M\u00e1laga), Espa\u00f1a<\/p><p><strong>O remita un correo electr\u00f3nico a:<\/strong><\/p><p><a href=\"mailto:info@hugoinvesting.com\">info@hugoinvesting.com<\/a><\/p><p><strong>Horario de atenci\u00f3n del Servicio de Atenci\u00f3n al Cliente:<\/strong> de 09:00 a 18:00 horas.<\/p><h3>Tramitaci\u00f3n y seguimiento de reclamaciones<\/h3><p>Una vez recibida la queja o reclamaci\u00f3n, el cliente recibir\u00e1 un acuse de recibo en el que se indicar\u00e1n la fecha y hora de presentaci\u00f3n, junto con una clave identificativa \u00fanica que permitir\u00e1 realizar el seguimiento de su tramitaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Los clientes podr\u00e1n consultar el estado de su reclamaci\u00f3n enviando un correo electr\u00f3nico a <a href=\"mailto:info@hugoinvesting.com\">info@hugoinvesting.com<\/a>, indicando la referencia asignada.<\/p><p>El Servicio de Atenci\u00f3n al Cliente resolver\u00e1 las quejas y reclamaciones en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de <strong>un mes desde su presentaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.
